What i really meant was, i have changed the position of menu from position-7 to position top-menu.
When it was in position 7 it was responsive, but when i moved menu to top-menu position, i am unable to retrieve responsiveness in menu. I wish i had a option to upload an image as reference.

Unfortunately, your request is a bit unclear. Could you please clarify exactly what you see and the exact steps that you have taken?

Thanks for the clarification. From the sounds of it, it seems as if there are attributes to that specific block that allowing the change in one option but not another. I recommend taking a look into your code to see what differs from that block as opposted to another.
