Hello Sambaran.08,

Sorry to hear about your language pack installation issue. According to our own documentation on language packs they are no longer needed. However, this may not be the case for some languages. You can also check our article on changing languages in Virtuemart. The error you're getting appears to be indicating that you're missing something within the VirtueMart installation. I ran a search for this in forums and the official site and couldn't find any specifics. So this will be tough to narrow down. It's possible that you may need to review the installation steps for the language pack, as I know that the procedure is a little obscure. Check out this post from the Virtuemart.net forum: How to Install Language pack. You may also need to contact the publisher of the language pack and make sure that you're using a version that is supported by your version of Joomla and Virtuemart.

Apologies that I cannot give you a direct answer on the error - but it is unfortunately very obscure and you're on a server where I cannot further investigate the log files for other possible error messages and clues.

If you have any further questions, please provide more information on your installation such as installation versions and exact file names, it may help us to narrow down the cause of the issue.

Regards,
Arnel C.
