I am uploading some .pdf and .doc/docx file to database. I want restrict that only registered user can download this document.

If you are coding the site your self you would have to write PHP script that stores a login session on the server allowing access to the specific area. If you are using a program like WordPress, Joomla, or another CMS, you will want to use a plugin if available.
