How to restrict publick to download documents.

I am uploading some .pdf and .doc/docx file to database. I want restrict that only registered user can download this document.

It depends on the program you are using. If you are coding the site your self you would have to write PHP script that stores a login session on the server allowing access to the specific area. If you are using a program like WordPress, Joomla, or another CMS, you will want to use a plugin if available.
