How to remove joomla banner advertisements?

Joomla template displays its own banner advertisements on one of my pages. Please suggest me a way to remove it.

In order for us to see how to remove the banner from the template, we will need the link to the page that has the banner on it. We will need to replicate the problem which will require the login information and account information for your site. You will want to contact support by phone or chat for this because this is a public forum. We did find the following YouTube video that may get you in the right direction.
