How do I solve a "Can't create file error" in iWeb when publishing?

This error is posted:
Can’t create the file “DSC_0001.jpg.” The disk may be damaged or full, or you may not have sufficient access privileges.

Restarting iWeb, solved the problem. iWeb glitch.
