Hello Nancydv52,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems logging into the Admin panel. You did not specify in your question, but based on looking at your website, I'm going to assume you need help logging into the Builder. There are a few different ways to get to the Builder login - you can find that information here. If you are logging into the Account Management Panel (AMP), you can easily get to the Builder login link. If not, then you can use the direct login address for the Builder.

You will need to use your cPanel user name and Password in order to login to the Builder. You can this information using this link: What is my username and password?.

Additionally, if you're lost with the editing process. Take a step back and check out the educational channel for the Builder if necessary. It has a lot of information on the application. The best way to think of the Builder is to consider each of its steps: Start, Design (select theme), Pages (select the pages that are going to be in your website), Edit (edit EACH page of the website), and Publish(publish the finished project). If you need more control than what the Builder offers, there are many more options for building a website than just the Premium Web Builder. They may have different learning curves, so consider your options. I would recommend starting with WordPress since it's one of the most popular on the web.

We can't post the actual passwords in the support center due to privacy and security concerns, so you may need to contact our live technical support team directly. They are available through phone/chat/email. The contact information at the bottom of the page.

Hopefully, this will help you get what you need. If you still require assistance, please let us know.

Kindest Regards,
Arnel C.
