Hi all,

I get a "Google couldn't access your site because of a DNS error" message in the Webmaster Tools. Does anyone know how I can fix it?

Thanks for the help!
K

Hello chenlove,

I took a look at your current DNS and it all looks good. I also see you have the google html file in your account for the google verification.

I would need more information on the error you are getting. If you could, please include the entire and exact error text from Google so we can see if it is looking for anything in particular.

You can send the specific information to docs@inmotionhosting.com Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. As we do not actively monitor that address, be sure to leave a comment below so we know the information was sent.

Best Regards,
Scott M
