never received instructional emails

paid yesterday, told I'd have 4 emails within 15 minutes , now 24 hr - do not yet have info on how to register/log in to my account, so please send to email address you have for l.moldauer in zip 20015. I WOULD like to have an automated email notification but, Catch 22, because I never received account info I have no way to log in-
