Hello Karenratte@gmail.com, Unfortunately, the only way this can be investigated would be through the Systems team reviewing the processes that are running on your server. They will need to view possible processes and then see what's causing them to fire off - if something is indeed running. Additionally, we need you to identify how you know that no one is on the site. Please send this information via email to support@inmotionhosting.com. Please include your verification information (last 4 digits of the credit card oon the account OR the AMP panel). Once you're confirmed, then Systems should be able to review the site and find out what's happening. If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page. Regards, Arnel C. |
