ABOVE SEND A TICKET BUT the response received was not correct .... Appreciate it if you can analyze the problem to fix it ... I can not access CPANEL AND THE SITES ARE SUSPENDED

Hello Roberto, we apologize for the inconvenience. Taking a look at your account notes it appears your account was automatically suspended due to a large spike in CPU usage. It looks like your site (alfrabe.cl) was more than likely the root cause of this spike due to your 404 (Page not found) requests being handled dynamically by a PHP script (404.php). To help prevent issues like this in the future you'll more than likely want to switch to a static 404 page that just contains HTML code. That way if a flood of requests come in again for pages that don't exist, it doesn't cause your account to utilize a large amount of CPU usage to fulfill them.
