server-to-server post is getting a 404 response back i.e. page not found

I'm getting an a 404 error from the hosting server every time our website tries to post server-to-server for payment process.
I have asked CCnow, the payment processor, to go through the server logs on their server and they discovered the following:
We receive an Error 404 (page not found) when hitting http://egyptiangiftsonline.com/ccnowipn.php
CCNOW software is sending header: user-agent: libwww-perl/5.803 so it is possible that inmotionhosting.com is not recognizing this as a valid header and therefore not responding to our request which would explain the Error 404.
Can that be investigated and advise how to fix this issue.

Hello Ashraf, This issue may be due to mod_security. We can have our systems team check that for you and disable it if needed. To do so, you would need to contact our support department (open 24/7) with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. Best Regards, Scott M |
