I thought that I had requested and gotten web access for my VPS but it seems to be gone. an I get it again?

Hello Wisar,

I am not seeing where root access for the account was ever granted, but I do see where you received MySQL root access. I have resent the Root Access Disclosure email for you to peruse and respond to. From there the Systems team can grant the root level access for you.
