why is it that I need to login several time before I can get through. Even when I go through CPanel, I have to login 2 or three times.
Is it because my site is not at the root level? it is pretty annoying to have to login several times.

Hello Karenratte@gmail.com, I'm not sure how you're trying to login. The login info that you need to use depends on WHERE you're trying to log into. If you want to log directly into a location, then you would need to use a specific URL to login directly. If you're logging in with the Account Management Panel (AMP) - http://secure1.inmotionhosting.com. You can use would bring you into the AMP interface to get to the Cpanel login which is separate. The direct URL is based on your domain name OR the server using the temp URL. For example: domainname.com/cpanel OR tempurl.inmotionhosting.com/cpanel This lets you login directly into either section. Hopefully, this provides the information you need to get to the location that you wish.
