Installing Net::Telnet Perl module

I need to install the Net::Telnet Perl module. Here is the CPAN link: http://search.cpan.org/~jrogers/Net-Telnet-3.03/lib/Net/Telnet.pm
When I search for "Net::Telnet" in the Perl Modules section of Cpanel, I get no results.
When I click "Show Available Modules" it returns "There was a problem fetching the list of available modules."
I have tried entering "Net::Telnet" "telnet.pl" and "Net-Telnet-3.03" into the "install a perl module" box, but all that comes up is a blank "installing" window. I have also moved the unpacked directory from CPAN manually into the Perl folder, but that hasn't seemed to help.
Live chat was no help and I'm waiting on an email back from support. If anybody can install this (this is a small, basic PERL module), please tell me how they did it, thanks!

Hello Mechtek, I took a look at your account and account type. Your request will need to be reviewed by systems before this type installation can be done. Additionally, it would most likely need to be done by Systems or a Tier2c tech here in the call center. Typically, to have something like this installed, you would need to submit support ticket - which you have already completed. Please await their response.
