Hi jweigel,

Great question on Tomcat and JSP. We can install and enable Tomcat/JSP on a 1024 VPS or any dedicated plan. We do recommend a dedicated server. The installation fee for Tomcat/JSP is $40 and can be requested after account activation through our Support Department.

Please keep in mind that while we do offer hosting for Tomcat/JSP, our Support Team is unable to provide coding support or Tomcat/JSP technical support.
