10+ hours offline and no solution. Why?

My site is offline for more than 10+ hours again, and you have no solution to this, I upgraded my account to VPS plan (3 days ago) I thought it would be a better service.

This is the worst service I received since I have an account with you (15 months). I'm losing money and visitors.

What about 30-day money back guarantee?

I make about 10 dollars daily with the ADs I have on my website.

We do apologize for the downtime. This is not a normal occurrence, and again I do have our systems personnel reviewing the issue. It appears to have been related to a load issue on the VPS - it is an unusual issue, so they are investigating the issue. I will update this answer when I get further information from our Systems team. You should see another answer within the hour.

OK, site up now, bu I'll wait at least 24 hours to see if everything works fine or the issue will come back. Also my Cpanel account is down too, when I try to access I get "Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED)"

Hello Carlos,

Sorry for the problems you've been experiencing. I noticed a lot of errors in your Apache error_log relating to missing content, also it looked like Apache had hit the MaxClients setting a few times.

It looks like you had robots crawling through your server index page instead of the website itself, continually hitting pages that didn't exist, and these seemed to possibly exhaust your Apache available connections, also leading seemingly to MySQL and cPanel services failing.
