Waiting my account's activation

Hi, I just payed my 1year Power package and received an email saying that you guys tried to reach me via phone, although I didn't receive any phone calls at all... So I called 17574166575 and was left waiting for 15min with no response, I'm really not sure what to do by now...

I'm sorry to hear about the problems getting in touch with our confirmations department. According to the history, they tried calling the number you gave them and they got a busy signal - which is probably why you don't have a record of a call. Please keep trying to get in touch with our confirmations department, they will pick up the phone as soon as an agent is free. We unfortunately cannot confirm your account via the support center, so please direct your future inquires directly to the Confirmations department so that they can complete your account registration.

I'm calling from Brazil, so no, I won't be trying to contact your tech support again and again spending a lot of money on the phone just to get what I'm paying for.
I tried to use the Live Chat and selecting Technical support. But, again with no luck, I talked to Mr. Edward P which said he was going to get someone to help me further and suddenly "there is no operator logged on this chat session, try again later"...

I'm just haveing a blast of a user experience.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. I checked your account and I see confirmations was able to contact you successfully and activate your account.

I also saw you were having issues using our chat system, I recommend responding to the "Premature end to online chat session" email they sent you when your connection dropped. This provides more information, so we can troubleshoot the issue.
