User Name for support tickets
Category: General Information
I have a user name that I use for logging into my control panels, AMP, and in motion's support center. I would like to be able to create or view support tickets. If I try to look at existing support tickets or try to create one I'm asked for another user name and password. I get an error that my user name doesn't exist. Chatted for a while this morning but still no luck

Hi kbata, Our Current Systems I'm sorry to hear of the issues you're having. I will admin that we do have several systems in place each requireing different credentials, and this can be a bit cumbersome. I will let you know that this is on our radar, and we do plan to make things much easier. How to login to our Ticketing System You can log into pdesk at the following URL: Support Tickets How to reset your Ticketing System password If you are having trouble logging in, try resetting your password here: Reset your PerlDesk password. An account was automatically created for you when you signed up for hosting, so you can use your cPanel username as the username, and then the email address you used when signing up. I hope this helps. If not, please respond with more details and I'd be happy to review further. Thanks! - Brad |
