I know I registered my mesch.us domain through you, but I think it is actually handled through Melbourne IT, LTD. I tried going to their site (https://www.melbourneit.com.au/cc/myaccount/login) but get an error. They say that I need to go to my reseller, which I think is you. However, I'm not seeing my domain show up in any of the tools.

How do I go about updating my domain information?

Thanks.

Hello Jeffmesch,

You need to login to Account Management Panel (AMP) and then use the tools there to manage the domain. Here's a good link on this issue:

Hello Suraj, and thanks for your question.

According to Wikipedia regarding the registration of .US top level domains:

Under .US nexus requirements .US domains may be registered only by the following qualified entities:

  • Any United States citizen or resident,

  • Any United States entity, such as organizations or corporations,

  • Any foreign entity or organization with a bona fide presence in the United States

  • To ensure that these requirements are met, NeuStar frequently conducts "spot checks" on registrant information.

  • To prevent anonymous registrations that do not meet these requirements, the National Telecommunications and Information Administration has ruled that registrants of .us domains may not secure private domain name registration.

  • Registrants are required to provide complete contact information without omissions.

  • Please let us know if you had any further questions.
