Hello,

I am trying to renew my domain name but can't figure out how to renew. Please let me know! I logged in but can only find new domains and turning off privacy. Where is Waldo?

Hello Scott,

The renewal process is automatic but after the expiration date, the process will not try to renew again. We can certainly have our team do that manually for you. Be certain that all credit card information is correct so the charge will go through, then you will want to send a renewal request to our billing team at billing@inmotionhosting.com.
