Not receiving emails in Outlook Express

My client created an email account in Outlook Express according to the directions we found in the Support Center. He can send emails successfully, but is not receiving them in Outlook Express. Any suggestions?

I took a quick peek at your account, and unfortunately based on what you've said so far, I don't have enough information to determine what's causing your client from receiving emails. We would need the domain name to troubleshoot at the very least.
One POSSIBLE issue is if you're using a newly moved or newly added domain name. If the domain was just moved to our hosting service, or if the name was just added to the internet, the domain name will require about 24 hours of propagation time before emails and web traffic will be able to use the domain name. Email will work sending out to a known domain, but since the domain is still propagating, it won't work on the receive end.
This same issue could also be the problem if the domain name servers have not been changed. If the name servers are supposed to be pointing to Inmotion, but are still pointed elsewhere, then that could also be the source of the problem.
There are also a number of other possibilities, but please check the name servers first and make sure that propagation is NOT the issue.
