Hi jweigel,

Thanks for posting your question. I'm sorry you are experiencing issues with your cPanel. I'm more than happy to assist you today. I need a few more details to look into this further for you. How slow of a response time are you getting in cPanel? I've tested your cPanel and have not noticed a slow response time. Also, can you tell me what you are doing in the cPanel so I can replicate the steps?

It also may be beneficial if you run ping and traceroute tests to see if there's an issue with the connection to your site. Here's a link explaining how to do so. Please include the results of the test in a comment so I can review those as well.

If you need further assistance please feel free to contact us.

Thanks!
