I need a few more details to look into this further for you. How slow of a response time are you getting in cPanel? I've tested your cPanel and have not noticed a slow response time. Also, can you tell me what you are doing in the cPanel so I can replicate the steps? It also may be beneficial if you run ping and traceroute tests to see if there's an issue with the connection to your site. Here's a link explaining how to do so.
