Logging in to Temp URL of add-od Domain

I've installed wordpress onto the temp url and I've reviewed the answer to a similar question asked by another subscriber with the answer provided that: "Once set up, you can access the wp-admin for the addon via:
server###.inmotionhosting.com/~username/addon-name.com/wp-admin"
Ive done this but the page only provides and Inmotion static page with "Your IP Address is ....." - when using the username as part of the domain (from the original main account)
When using the username established for the addon domain - i receive "the link appears to be broken" message....
The domain in this case is not presently pointed to Inmotion as the site is live elsewhere and i am intending to use the temp url to build out a different new version of the site.
Any help is greatly appreciated

Hello jimii, I am happy to look into that for you. Unfortunately, no information you gave upon signup leads me to be able to find your account with us. I will need either the primary email address on the hosting account, the username, or the primary domain name the hosting account is registered under (even though it is pointing elsewhere at the moment). You can send that specific information to docs@inmotionhosting.com. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
