I realize I have time left before termination, so I was curious if I can get refunded the remaining time. I had to switch servers because my clients were dissatisfied by the email service. If there is anything I can do to help with that issue, I'd be happy to help, just get back to us with more information! Cancellations and specifically refunds are handled on a case by case basis. If you are within the 90 day money back guarantee, then you should be getting a refund back. To cancel your account, please contact our Support Department either via phone, email, or live chat.
