cant publish from iweb

for some reason, my password is not working to publish my site from iweb. i have not changed it since opening the account. i need to reset the password asap so i can publish changes to my site. thank you.

Hello greatmarshskincare,

If you are using the cPanel username as the publishing username, then you can reset that password via the AMP (Account Management Panel) You can find those instructions here.

If you are using a different ftp username, then you can reset that password by reading our article on Resetting your FTP Password in cPanel
