Back up Wizard

Okay - I backed up using the Wizard and then got an email with an email with lots of gooblegook and code - but I thought the email would come with a file. So were do I go to get the packaged file.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello pickawoowoo,

When using the backup wizard, the backup file is stored in your home directory. You can download the file from there by using the File Manager.
