Why can't I publish with Premium Web Builder?

Trying to publish site on premium web builder...followed tutorials for everything up to actually publishing. HItting the publish button nets a bar that goes up to 100 before telling me either authorization failed or failed to connect via FTP. Tried everything to include different hostnames and others, but no luck...

Hi modernninja, Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you. Basically, Premium Web Builder uses your cPanel username and password as the FTP login to publish the website. If you've changed your cPanel password, you'll need to update it as well in Premium Web Builder. I'm more than happy to look over your publishing settings for you, but I will need you to send me your Premium Web Builder login information as well as your cPanel password to docs@inmotionhosting.com Since this is a public forum, DO NOT post them here. Once you have emailed them to docs, just post a comment here letting me know you've done just that. Alternatively, you can contact our support department via email (support@inmotionhosting.com) and our support techs can review the settings to make sure they are set up correctly. Include the same infromation as you would in the email to support as you would to docs. Be sure to include the last four digits of the credit card or the current AMP password for security purposes.
