Load files onto temp URL for new account

I use FileZilla all the time. Followed configuration instructions in Cpanel and imported file to Site manager many times but can't seem to get the site manager to connect to new account to do initial file upload. I can't seem to figure out my problem. Help?

Hi RPBLM,

Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you today. If your domain is not pointed here to your account, the settings in cPanel will not work. You can use your temp url so access your FTP.

Host: ecbiz115.inmotionhosting.com
Username: the full username of the FTP account meaning you@yourdomain.com OR your cPanel username
Password: either the password you created for that specific account OR your cPanel password
