Hi annaj,
I'm sorry you are hainvg issues with FTP. I'm more than happy to help you. You can always use your cPanel credentials for FTP login purposes. First you'll need a FTP client, such as FileZilla.
Then the host would be your domain name and your username will be the cPanel username. Your password will be your cPanel password.
Once you are logged in, remember that all files to be viewed by the general public (website visitors) will need to be located in the public_html folder.
If you need further assistance please feel free to contacts us. Thank you!
