I´m trying to login to my FTP account but it isn´t possible. The curious is that my client "www.jogoplanetario.com.br" is possible. But in my account (the main account) "luizlopes.com" I wasn´t able.
Also, I´m a little confuse with login usernames. For the AMP I have to use my gmail. And for the cPanel I have to use my domain.
I need help, please.

Hello luizlopes85,

Thank you for your question. First, here is the Getting Started guide to FTP, in case you haven't seen it yet.

When you are trying to login via FTP are you receiving an error?

For example if you are getting an Authentication failed error, I recommend checking your username and password.

You can use the same username and password for logging into cPanel & FTP. The username for FTP & cPanel can be viewed in AMP, here is a helpful article that explains and compares the Usernames, and how to view them.

You can also reset the password the password for the cPanel/FTP in AMP, here is a guide.

If you are getting an error like: cannot connect, then there may be an issue with the server name you are using. If you are using a domain name (example.com) then, make sure the Nameservers are pointed to us, and you have allowed at least 24 hours for propagation. You can check the Nameservers by performing a Whois Lookup.

To login to cpanel, you can go to:

http://domain.com/cpanel
or:
http://cpanel.domain.com

You can also user your Temporary cPanel address, which can be viewed in AMP.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

-John-Paul
