FTP in CPanel

When I try and add a new FTP account in CPanel, the page is unresponsive. The passwords aren't checked and when I click 'Create FTP Account' nothing happens. It's as if a script on the page is not working. I just signed up for an account today, and I receive no error messages when I try and create an account. Thanks - John

Hi John, Thanks for asking a question. I'm sorry that you are having problems creating FTP accounts. I'm more than happy to assist you. What web browser are you using? I've noticed I have some issues with cPanel when I use Chrome. Can you try using a different web browser to see if that corrects the issue? Let me know, how it works out for you.
