Hi,

We have copied grandsouq.com to our VPS and we noticed that there are some differences between the disk space of the old and new. Why is this hapenning ? and what is the ideal way to copy the whole account without losing any data?

You can have the information of the old account here:
IP Address / Hostname: 173.254.52.211
Domain Name of Previous Hosting Account: grandsouq.com
The FTP username: grandsou
The FTP password: souq2012

Hello VPS2000,

Our Systems team is happy to move the site in its entirety from your old server to the new VPS.

To do so, you would need to contact our support department at support@inmotionhosting.com with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.

Best Regards,
Scott M
