Can't connect FTP

I've tried to configure Filezilla as per the instructions, but it won't connect to our new space. We'd like to start moving the files from our old webhost to our new space, but I simply cannot get Filezilla to connect to the inmotion server.

Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you today. If your domain is not pointed here to your account, the settings in cPanel or the tutorial will not work. You can use your temp url so access your FTP.

Host: ecbiz115.inmotionhosting.com
Username: the full username of the FTP account meaning you@yourdomain.com OR your cPanel username
Password: either the password you created for that specific account OR your cPanel password
