Cannot connect through host via ftp

I have ran filezilla and connected, what do I do after this to publish my website?

Hello jrichard13,

Once you are connected, you can simply upload files the same as you would move files from within your normal file manager on your computer. You can drag and drop them into the appropriate folder, or copy and paste, etc. Just be sure to place the files into the proper folders on the server.
