Hello Joshuaglezglez,

Sorry to hear you're having problems with the disk usage on your VPS. Please remember that with a VPS (or any typical dedicated host) - hard drive space is limited. You will need to manage the space by using the tools provided for the VPS such as the Web Host Manager (WHM) or Secure Shell access (SSH). We cannot delete files for you without your approval. It would be best if you contact our live technical support team directly through email/chat/phone. Their contact information is at the bottom of the page.

However, I did spend some time looking at your server with a T2c tech - he identified two very large backup files that are taking up about 9 GB in space. That's what he could find in doing a quick look. You will need to either remove the backup files your self or contact live support, verify your account and request their removal. Here are the two files that were found:

7.9G ./backup-7.14.2013_01-50-37_saydi
1.3G ./backup-7.14.2013_00-43-11_pasion
