Hello Worka14, The best way to accomplish is to use a FORM. You can create a contact form and then have your users fill in the information. I'm not sure if you're using a program like Wordpress or Joomla, or other program to build your website. The major ones - like Wordpress - have plugins that you can use freely to meet your needs. Wordpress also allows people to register directly through their interface. If you're using a custom built site, then you would need to create the page and create a form. I would also highly recommend using a verifying program like CAPTCHA or reCAPTCHA. I'll place some links below. If you want to verify the email, the best way is have them fill in a form to send to you, and then you send an automatic reply using the email address that they provide verifying their acceptance to register with your website.
