Thank you for your question Grady! We looked at your email logs to see if there is any virus emails and we could not find anything in the logs. We do see that there are several forwarders from your other email accounts to the gwahlquist@diseasepreventionusa.com email address. Its possible the emails are coming from one of the forwarded emails. Its difficult to tell where the virus email is coming from from what was given. For further help with this, please send us a copy of the email you received that contains the virus. Please contact support at support@inmotionhosting.com with the virus email attached. Please verify the account in the email with the last 4 of the credit card number or the current AMP password. They will need account information like the domain on the account or the cpanel username as well. Sorry we could not have been better assistance in the support center. Regards James R |
