I set up spamassassin to use the spambox but I can't seem to access or even find the spambox. Is it the "Junk" folder in the email program. I looked on RoundCube and also my Eudora programs. For instance, if my login is coral@AA-hi.com, should the spambox be "coral@AA-hi.com/spam"? This doesn't seem to work.

Hello coral,

Thank you for your question. Here is a link to our guide on Spam Assassin, there is a section on using filters to organize spam. It explains spam will be flagged by adding "***SPAM***" to the subject line.

So, just create a filter in your email client to catch anything with the "***SPAM***" subject. Here is a link to our full guide on setting up email filters.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

I don't think I phrased the question correctly. Spamassassin says it puts the spam into the "Spam Box" but I can't find a Spam Box or a spam folder in my webmail accounts.

Hello Coral,

You will need to go into WEBMAIL in order to see the spam folder. If you're using an email client like Outlook, Thunderbird, or Mac Mail you can setup a folder to synchronize the contents of the folder. Otherwise, you can only see it if you go through Webmail. The webmail URL is typically something like: webmail.domain_name.com . Login is going based on your full email address and your email account password.

There is no spam folder. There is a "junk" folder, but nothing goes into it even though I set up spamassassin to use Spam Box.
