Problems with webmail accounts

I have allot of problems with the webmail accounts using roundcube, the users report that when inside of the application, for some reason they get kicked out of the site, they do not receive emails or the emails they send do not arrive to the destination.

Please help, for this is really affecting us.

Thank you for your question. I am sorry you are experiencing issues with your webmail. As this is specific question and not a general question, we would need more specific information in order to assist you. You may want to contact our Live Support Department with the information such as the any specific email accounts and addresses that you are sending to so we can check the logs.

As for being kicked out of the application, we are not experiencing anything like that on mass scale, so contacting the support team with the specific accounts involved may help them locate an issue that is either for a specific server or your particular account.
