People that email me get an error - Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently

I am able to log into my email and send emails but when people try and email me they are getting a "Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently" and the emails are not going through.
How do I fix this?

Hi Denise, What it sounds like is happening is that people are sending you emails, but they are getting bounce back messages. You can find more here: What to do if an email is returned? The bounce back message itself should contain the information we need to troubleshoot this issue further for you. What we'll need for you to do is obtain a copy of one of those bounce back messages and forward it to our support department (support@inmotionhosting.com).
