We setup Outlook 2011 on a Mac and everything was working - we were able to send and receive e-mails. Now, an hour later, it will still receive but will not send. It has an authentication error. We double checked all out settings, but it still won't send. The e-mail address is tomwatson@yourbetterlife.com

Hello, and thanks for your question.

I do see email authentication errors in the mail logs, but these appear to be for IMAP which handles incoming mail. It appears that there have been around 7 IP addresses that are failing authentication, and 2 which are successfully logging in. It also looks like 1 of the 2 that were successfully logging in also had authentication errors as well.

I also see some SMTP authentication errors as well, so ensure that you've reviewed the steps in our problems sending mail while receiving is fine article, and made sure that SMTP authentication is turned on in Outlook for you.

If you continue to have issues please let us know!
