Our organization is not receiving its emails
Our entire organization is not receiving emails today. Please help.
I see that your account was just recently migrated to a new server, as such DNS propagation can take up to 24 hours. Depending on if your local DNS has updated yet, you could be pulling from the wrong server where your new mail is getting delivered.
I would recommend directly checking webmail on both servers over the next 24 hours to ensure you're not missing any new messages.
Old server: http://ecbiz91.inmotionhosting.com/webmail
New server: http://ld138.inmotionhosting.com/webmail
After DNS has had time to fully propagate, if your desktop mail client is using the mail server mail.example.com with example.com being your own domain then it will automatically start to work again. If you're using the secure URL you'd need to switch that from:
Old server: secure91.inmotionhosting.com
New server: secure138.inmotionhosting.com
