my email is down
I can recieve email but not send, this is happening on my mac mail program and iphone, no settings have been changed but its saying the server is unavailable. To simplify and problem solve I would greatly appreciate a phone call so we can fix this asap. thank you
Sorry for the trouble with your email not sending. If you have not already check the below troubleshooting article.
Problems Sending Mail - Receiving is Fine
We checked the logs and found the following.
SMTP AUTH is required for message submission on port 587
Make sure you have SMTP Authentication enabled in your iPhone and that you have the correct SMTP port. You will want to use the server hostname and port 465.
