Can anybody please tell me the procedure to use GnuPG keys to Encrypt & Secure Email i send and receive?

Very good question! I can say for sure that I've never been asked about using GnuPG to encrypt email.

After a bit of research, it appears that you are going to want to look into using a plugin to secure your emails with GnuPG. For example, if you Google thunderbird GnuPG or Outlook 2010 GnuPG, you'll see a few options that are available.
