I am receinving this error message when I ask to update my incoming emails.
"the server you are connected to is using a security certificate that cannot be identified. The target principle is incorrect."
It asks if I want to use this sever anyway and I hit yes.

Thank you for your question. The error occurs when there is a mismatch in the SSL port number in your settings. Using the Support Center search for the error message leads you to the following article:

The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that cannot be verified

This should help you resolve the issue.
