configure mobile phone for email

I'm trying to set email up on my mobile phone. Phone just keeps saying set up was unsuccessful. I've tried using both and as the incoming and outgoing servers.

Is there something else I need to do?

Thank you for your question. Make sure you are replacing with your specific domain.

For the SSL connection, it should be:
Be sure to replace the xx with your actual server number. Here is a link to a helpful guide on how to determine your server number.

If these settings are correct, and you are still having problems, I recommend contacting live support, so they can check the connection logs in real-time while you connect.
