CANNOT SEND EMAIL (REJECTED MAILS)

This is very ridiculous. We experience reject emails since end of Mar. Sent email to your support center for help. Problem keep coming back from time to time.
Today is event worst.
Called your technical support this morning. The guy suggested that I pay for a dedicated IP to prevent such from happening. I don't know why I am paying to fix your problem. But I agreed and paid as I really need my emails to work.
Just sent emails to our HQ in Hong Kong. Email got rejected again. Then, I sent email to support@ inmotionhosting.com asking for help. ALSO GOT REJECTED!!! How Could that be happening to my account??!!! Not even able to send email to support@inmotionhosting.com????
What happen to your biz112.inmotionhosting.com????

Are you guys able to fix it? Or should I just change my hosting immediately?

Thank you for your question. While frustrating, this type of thing can occur on a shared server sometimes, because you are sharing the mail IP with other users. Unfortunately, purchasing a dedicated IP address will not fix this problem. Anytime you get this type of bounce, I recommend forwarding it to support@inmotionhosting.com for review, we can then correct it on our side.

The IP that is listed with spamcop is no longer our mail IP, as it has been replaced already with a clean IP address.

Your emails should be delivered successfully at this time.

Yes, I found out that the dedicated IP won't solve the problem after talking to Jason at Livechat last night. You should let your team know that not to ask customers to purchase dedicated IP when they complain about not able to send out email due to your email server has "bad reputation" as too many spam emails were sent from the biz112.inmotionhosting.com server.
Also, you can see that I did try to send email to support@inmotionhosting.com to report this, but no luck. At that time, even your own mail.inmotionhosting.com blacklisted biz112.inmotionhosting.com by calling it "JunkMail rejected"
I think the most effective way to resolve this is you guys to find out who is using your SMTP keep spamming and getting biz112.inmotionhosting.com blacklisted, and remove them from the list. Instead of keep getting new IP for the biz112.inmotionhosting.com.
