Can email accounts be set up for parked domains?

I'm thinking about adding a parked domain with a much shorter domain name to point to my current domain and I'd want to know if email accounts be set up for the parked domain? I'd like to take advantage of the shorter name for email addresses.

Yes, parked domains can have emails just like normal domains. You can set them up within your cpanel by following this article.
