Thanks. So, once the file manager is open, under Home --> Mail --> Doman name --> User --> current: that brings up the list of current messages. If I select all and then Compress, it DLs a zip file (or other type depending which option I select). Do I then need to DL some other software in order to make those files readable once they're unzipped? In case it matters, I'm on a Mac.
Thank you for your question on backing up emails. Within the cPanel File Manager you are able to see the mail folder. This houses all email accounts for all domains on the account. Look under the folder for the specific domain name and then you will see folders for each individual email account. You can compress and download that specific folder and that will be a backup for that individual account.
Is this still possible to do? I'm not seeing where it's possible to download a mailbox or email account's content.
