Ajax Failure when attempting to create email accounts in cPanel

Tried to create a new email account .. keep getting that error. Dumped Safari cache and still no good. logged out and relogged in .. still not good.

Hi S_Yacovelli, I created test email accounts (I've already deleted both of them) in your cPanel using both Google Chrome and Safari (both on Windows). I successfully created the email accounts in both browsers. What Operating System (Windows / Mac?) are you using and what version of safari are you using? What is the exact error message you are receiving? For example, does the error simply state "Ajax Failure"? Do you have another browser you can test with? For example, can you use Firefox and attempt to create the email accounts? Feel free to update your question or post in the comments any additional information. Thanks! - Brad |
